This time, they decided to use the image of Santander bank and use a fake login page to extort online banking details from us. CERT Polska warns against the latest form of attack. Fraudsters send us an SMS about the need to update the Santander bank mobile application. All this to avoid account blocking. Unfortunately, the SMS is not real.

An SMS message about the need to update the Santander bank mobile application to avoid account blocking is a scam. Pay attention to the addresses of the websites where you enter your bank login and password! And send any text messages that arouse your suspicions to us at 8080
