Failure at PKO BP
We learned that the outage started today (November 15) around 9:45 am. We know that the defect is very serious because it translates into difficulties in all sales processes in the IKO and iPKO channels, as well as in bank branches.
Unofficially, we know that almost nothing works. It is not possible to sign any application or submit any instructions. At this point, it is not known how long the outage will last. If we learn more, we will update this text.
