GeForce RTX 4090 or RTX 4080 are not the most popular graphics cards. Although they offer the highest performance, they are also very expensive, which is why many people cannot afford to buy them. The mid-range models are much more popular, and one of them in particular, which is ending its life.

The most popular graphics card, according to Steam statistics, is the GeForce RTX 3060. There is nothing surprising about it, because at a reasonable price it offers quite good performance in 1080p resolution. For this reason, it was a popular choice among gamers. According to Valve’s platform statistics, it is used by over 5.7 percent of gamers to this day.
Sadly, its time has come to an end. The model has been in production since 2021 and the latest rumors suggest it will soon be history. In the next few months, NVIDIA is expected to end production of the chipsets used to create the GeForce RTX 3060 series models. The company’s partners have reportedly already been informed and can place final orders for this extremely popular GPU.
It’s a shame, but all things must come to an end. The GeForce RTX 3060 will go down in history as one of the best price-to-performance cards.
