The bank notified all its customers that on the night of March 7-8 it will be carrying out maintenance works that will affect the use of express transfers.
We will be carrying out service work from 00:30 to 04:30. During this time, you will not be able to send or receive Express Elixir express transfers and BLIK transfers to your phone between banks.
At the same time, the bank reassures us – other services, such as standard transfers and BLIK payments, will remain available.
This type of information is very important for all those who often use this type of payment at night. This time, it is worth planning them for different hours, because some of them may be significantly delayed. The bank assures that BlueCash express and standard transfers will operate throughout the night.
If you can, make a transfer outside of unavailable hours or use another payment method.
What does this break mean at ING Bank Śląski?
Despite the announced difficulties, customers will be able to use BLIK codes for payments at terminals, the Internet and ATMs. Therefore, shopping or withdrawing cash from ATMs should not be problematic.
