The Taiwanese prove that they offer not only good equipment, but also decent after-sales support. MSI already has a patch ready for Intel Core 13th and 14th generations.
For several months Intel has problems with some processors in the family Raptor Lake and Raptor Lake Refresh. They manifest themselves lack of stability in selected scenarioswhich of course translated into consumer dissatisfaction, negative press response and a decline in the company’s value.
MSI was the first to introduce the 0x12B microcode

The final solution is supposed to be microcode update with number 0x12B. Its introduction was supposed to take several weeks, but the first manufacturer is already ready.
Business MSI announced the release of new BIOSes for selected motherboards with systems Intel Z790 and B760 and sockets LGA 1700. Currently, this applies to 15 different models, but the Taiwanese promise that over time all platforms will be updated with Intel 700 and 600 chipsets.
The new BIOS is available on the websites of individual motherboards. The operation itself is very simple – download the file, upload it to a pendrive, enter UEFI, select one option, confirm and wait a few minutes. The only risk is if you lose power during the update.
So far, there is no information about new software from other manufacturers. However, looking at the response time in the past, it should be assumed that a new BIOS will also be released soon ASUS. Later, there will be software for owners of platforms from companies such as ASRock, BIOSTAR Whether GIGABYTE.
