A bit like Action, IKEA and Zara Home – a new chain of stores on the Vistula River
Poland on Søstrene Grene’s expansion target list
As reported by Warszawa Nasza Miasto, the first details of the appearance of the Søstrene Grene brand in Poland are known. Mikkel Grene, CEO and co-owner of the group, without giving a precise date, announced the opening of the first Søstrene Grene store this year. The Westfield Arkadia shopping center in Warsaw was chosen as the place of debut.
The store’s offer is, according to Greny multisensory concept combined with Scandinavian design. So it seems that it will be more luxurious than the cheap Action chain of stores, but just like there, customers will find not only ready-made interior design elements, but also numerous items for the home, kitchen or developing their hobbies.
In parallel with the launch of the stationary store, Søstrene Grene will also launch a Polish online store. And it looks like you won’t have to wait long. The Polish-language website is already operational, along with the complete store offer. When entering any product, we are greeted with the information that “Online store opens on March 30, 2026”.
Elegant minimalism welcomes us on the website
It may actually be more expensive than Action or Tedim, but I have the impression that it is also cheaper than Zara Home or Home & you. However, I don’t think the network will be as big a hit as the above-mentioned Action. This is another store like, I don’t know why I came here, but I left with some trinkets. Very similar to the Danish Flying Tiger. After digging through the offer, I will add that there is no point in looking for electronics there, maybe a hot glue gun and that’s it.
