The bank does not hide the fact that problems may occur tonight, i.e January 21, 2026. It is therefore worth bearing in mind that between midnight and 3:00 a.m. there may be difficulties in using the cards. This is the first break of this type this year.

On the night of January 21, from 0:00 to 03:00, we will carry out technical works. During this time, you may not see your credit card information in the mobile app or online banking.

And although some services may be unavailable during this time, the most important one – card blocking – will be available. If at this time you need to do this for some reason, just call the bank at 71 358 22 20. This line is open 24 hours a day and its operation is not affected by any work carried out at the bank. The cost of the call is in accordance with the operator’s applicable tariff.

Santander Consumer Bank also ensures that after the planned works are completed, all services will return to full functionality.
