Public toilets are not that easy to find

We like novelties, especially if they are practical. According to the NIK report, over 70% of municipalities lack information on the location of public toilets. And how can we cope if we go on holiday to areas we don’t know? Cities supposedly want to take care of the comfort of their residents and show the location of municipal toilets in their applications, but there is still a long way to go before this becomes a common procedure. Google hasn’t come up with the idea yet, either, to show this very important detail for the traveler on their maps.

Rescue came from a private company that supplies portable toilets. It launched its WCTron application. It was created as part of the campaign Where is the throne.

The most useful element of the application there is a map with the locations of public toilets. Using the application, we will find a route to the nearest one. The location was first entered by institutions and restaurant owners, now it can also be filled in by users. And the thing is quite developing. At the moment, the application already has over 4 thousand places with accessible toilets. As you can see, we need it, and we do not talk about it out loud. That’s how it is with these toilets.
