Honor at MWC 2026: a mobile smartphone and the new Magic V6

Honor at the fair announced artificial intelligence development plan. The strategy has a name Alpha Plan. It is based on three pillars. These are mobile devices, shops and research laboratories. CEO James Li emphasized during the presentation human focus. The company intends to combine logical and emotional intelligence in its new products.

The manufacturer presented conceptual equipment called Robot Phone. It is a device equipped with physical moving parts. The smartphone can independently change the camera perspective. It tracks the user’s movement in real time. The machine also responds to commands with movement. He can imitate nodding gestures and even move to the rhythm of music.

It took a lot of work to create such a phone miniaturization of components. Honor used its own micromotor. The housing is placed ultra-compact 4DoF gimbal. It provides three-axis image stabilization. The main camera has a matrix with resolution 200 Mpix. The software offers functions for tracking objects in motion. It also enables intelligent camera rotation of 90 and 180 degrees. This makes it easier to record smooth video without using external accessories.

The second novelty is foldable smartphone Honor Magic V6. The device has 8.75 millimeters thick after folding. The housing meets tightness standards IP68 and IP69. The equipment is fully water and dust resistant. She found herself inside silicon-carbon battery. This is the fifth generation of this solution. It offers capacity 6660 mAh while maintaining a flat housing. Honor showed too battery prototypes for the future. They are intended to allow for a capacity of 7000 mAh in similar dimensions.

Magic V6 has two displays LTPO 2.0. The external screen is diagonal 6.52 inchesand the inner panel measures 7.95 inches. They offer adaptive image refresh in a range from 1 to 120 Hz. The peak brightness is respectively 6000 and 5000 rivets. The manufacturer reduced the bend in the center of the flexible screen by 44% compared to its predecessor. Also applied anti-reflective coating and PWM 4320 Hz dimming technology. They are intended to protect the user’s eyesight during long periods of reading.

The heart of the smartphone is the chip Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. The vapor chamber is responsible for its cooling, which is to ensure stable operation of the device under heavy load. The software supports working on multiple windows and connects to external systems. The phone works with, among other things with the Apple hardware ecosystem.

The manufacturer’s offer at the fair this year has also been expanded MagicPad 4 tablet and MagicBook Pro 14 laptop.

The Chinese manufacturer also presented at the fair Honor MagicPad 4 tablet. The device has 4.8 millimeters thick. It is processor-driven Snapdragon 8 Gen 5. The equipment is equipped with 12.3-inch OLED screen. It displays the image in resolution 3K with a refresh rate of 165 Hz. The tablet works smoothly with devices from the Apple ecosystem. What’s new is the built-in function Linux Lab. It allows you to run the OpenClaw artificial intelligence assistant directly from the programming options.

The offer is complemented by a portable computer Honor MagicBook Pro 14. The heart of a laptop is its processors Intel Core Ultra Series 3. The device screen is 14.6-inch OLED matrix. The manufacturer focused on long operating time on one charge and low weight in this model. The computer software automatically adjusts the performance of components to the current load. Both presented devices connect wirelessly to smartphones of the Chinese brand. They are designed to facilitate working on multiple screens at the same time and speed up file exchange.

Honor Magic V6 will be available in selected markets in the second half of this yearand regional availability details will be confirmed at a later date. Further information on configurations, color options and pricing will be announced locally.
