Kupujesz w Biedronce? Uważaj, można się naciąć

Do you shop at Biedronka? Be careful, you may cut yourself

It’s partly a compliment and inspiration, but partly a fake. The offer of Biedronka stores includes many goods imitating well-known brands.

Apple Watch 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2 in the Biedronka store chain – sort of

To fake an iPhone requires some effort, which means there are many more borrowings from other Apple products. Almost all headphones look like AirPods, so it’s less and less offending, but in the case of Extralink from Częstochowa and Maxcom from Tychy, the Apple Watchy is gone. Why pay thousands for Apple Watch Ultra 2 when Maxcom EcoWatch 2 is now discounted in Biedronka from PLN 299 to PLN 149? Why buy Apple Watch 9 if the even pinker Extralink Lifestyle costs PLN 99 instead of PLN 249? Well, maybe so that we won’t be sad later that our watch is a fake.

A4Tech FBK30 keyboard – inspired by the Logitech scent

The A4Tech keyboard is a bit of a hybrid. A little of Logitech K380 – even an image search in Google detects it when we enter “inspired” or somewhat iconic product Logitech K480 with a tablet/smartphone slot. In the Biedronka store, the invention, including strong color variants known from the Logitech POP series, will cost PLN 119. Only buy if you absolutely don’t care, as a gift… I’m a bit sorry.

Your speaker can fart with bass and even look like a Marshall

You can also “hunt down” impressive speakers in the Biedronka chain of stores and Biedronka Home Tracer TWS 30, 45 and 60 W. They draw heavily on the years of experience of another brand, the British Marshall Amplification. Leather upholstery, shape, carrying straps, characteristic knobs – everything is correct, except the logo on the casing… and of course the sound. However, it’s always PLN 230-400 for not around a thousand – a “bargain”.

The above examples are just the tip of the iceberg. Counterfeits from Asia, or to put it mildly, “inspirations from well-known brands”, are slowly becoming an everyday occurrence in Portuguese discount stores. However, in order for the prices to be truly discounted and to satisfy Poles, apparently all tricks are allowed.
