Apple TV wants to beat other services. He has a good chance with a series like this

“Imperfect Women” is a project created in cooperation with television producer and screenwriter Annie Weisman, whose credits include such hits as “Desperate Housewives” and “About a Boy.” Thanks to Apple TV, it will become famous again.

The premiere is scheduled to take place on March 18 her next project, titled “Imperfect Women”. It must be admitted that the trailer released by Apple TV encourages you to watch it, at least as far as I’m concerned. Especially since the main roles will be played by: Elisabeth Moss (“The Handmaid’s Tale”), Kerry Washington (“Django”) and Kate Mara (“House of Cards”). What’s more, the creators have been promising an unconventional thriller that will keep you in suspense until the last minute. Will it beat HBO’s “Big Little Lies”? I keep my fingers crossed that we will have an equally successful production.

The series was produced by Apple Studios and 20th Television. It will consist of eight episodes, the first two of which will debut on Apple TV on March 18, 2026and each subsequent one will be broadcast weekly, on Wednesday. The final will therefore take place on April 29.

The series is based on the novel of the same title by British author Araminta Hall. The plot focuses on the fate of three friends whose lives are turned upside down when one of them is murdered and the deeply hidden secrets of the others are revealed. Here we have an intriguing murder mystery, but also a moving study of the relationship between friends. The story is told from three perspectives and gradually reveals various issues. It turns out that the feeling of guilt, betrayal and choices can irreversibly change the lives of each of them.
