This is how the studio let us know that the film is already in production. Some of the actor’s fans breathed a sigh of relief – “now we know where Leonardo DiCaprio’s mustache at the Oscars came from.” Let us recall that DiCaprio showed off the mustache he wears in this film for the first time during the Oscars on March 15. The film with his participation “One Battle After Another” won as many as 6 awards, including the best film.
Already last year, the platform announced that Martin Scorsese and Leonardo DiCaprio they join forces again in a joint film. Now it turns out that he will join them too Jennifer Lawrence. But that’s not the end of famous names. Next to them we will also see: Patricia Clarkson, Jared Harris and Mads Mikkelsen.
“What happens at night?” – what will the film be about?
This is another story in the style of Martin Scorsese, slightly oneiric and with a unique atmosphere. It tells the story of an American couple who travel to a small snowy town in Europe mainly to adopt a child. After the 35-year-olds check into a creepy hotel, strange things begin to happen in their lives. What? We’ll find out soon.
The screenplay is an adaptation of Peter Cameron’s novel with the same title. Scorsese is directing and producing the film for Sikelia Productions. It’s the latest collaboration between 83-year-old Scorsese, DiCaprio and Apple Originals Films, following the ten-time Oscar nominee “Bloody Moon.”
Lawrence has previously worked with Apple on projects such as “The Bridge” and “Bread and Roses,” as well as the upcoming thriller “The Wives,” inspired by “The Real Housewives.” Everything indicates that there is something to wait for this time too.
