Fraudsters are becoming more and more brazen and pushy. They impersonate people they are not in order to steal from honest holders of online bank accounts. Most often, during the conversation, they arouse anxiety or fear, trying to convince us that our money is at risk. To make such a situation more credible, they often send an SMS to our phone, which closely imitates a message from a real bank. They demonstrate that the contact they make is real, e.g. by sending a fictitious name and surname.
They often order people to act in cooperation only with them, claiming that other bank employees are involved in the fraud.
