A computer like a console? With this new housing and power supply, it’s possible

The American manufacturer of computer components has expanded its portfolio. This time, NZXT targets fans of small computers, and the case and power supply are available in stores. More specifically, we are talking about the H2 Flow and C850 models, which have already debuted around the world. Additionally, ready-made PCs based on them are sold in the United States.

NZXT H2 Flow is a vertical design with dimensions of 435 x 181 x 263 mm and a weight of 4.55 kg. Inside we will install mITX motherboards; CPU cooler up to 75 mm high; graphics cards up to 331 mm long (the set includes a PCIe 5.0 riser) and SFX or SFX-L power supplies. There are two 2.5″ spaces for data carriers.

In terms of ventilation, we can fit up to four fans here – two 140/120 mm at the front and two smaller ones at the top (the factory NZXT F120Q units are already here). Almost all panels are made of fine mesh that improves air circulation. Fans of liquid cooling can try AiO 280 mm kits.

The I/O panel is located at the front, at the bottom edge. It has two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type A, one USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 Type C and a headphone jack.

In the case of the NZXT C850, we are talking about a modular power supply in the ATX 3.1 standard and SFX format, which has dimensions of 125 x 64 x 100 mm. The platform has not been revealed, but it uses a single +12 V line (up to 70.8 A) and Japanese capacitors. Additionally, we are talking about high efficiency confirmed by the 80 PLUS Gold and Cybenetics Platinum certificates.

The described PSU has flexible cables, including a 12V-2×6 (16-pin) harness for the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5000 series and newer graphics cards. There were also a number of safeguards such as OVP, UVP, SCP, OTP, OPP and OCP.

New NZXT devices are now on sale. Suggested prices in Europe are EUR 159 and EUR 169, i.e. the equivalent of approximately PLN 639 and PLN 675. The housing offers a classic 2-year warranty, but the power supply has a 10-year warranty.
