Huawei is back in the game. The Wi-Fi X router in 5G achieves 5.3 Gb/s
New router Huawei Wi-Fi X is an interesting proposition for the most demanding users who need a stable network connection in all circumstances.
Huawei Wi-Fi X has the shape of… the letter X
The most striking feature of the Huawei Wi-Fi X model is its foldable, cross-shaped X-shaped structure. The arms can be adjusted to any angle, even flatten or expand to 90 degrees. As the manufacturer praises, this design allows for optimal positioning of the antennas and tighter beam direction, which translates into an increase in signal strength by 13%.
The device is equipped with a total of 16 built-in cellular antennas, which in combination with the 4T4R system provide full, 360-degree network coverage.
Router supports aggregation of three bands (3CC), which under optimal conditions allows it to achieve download speeds at 5.3 Gb/s and upload speeds up to 1 Gb/s. This bandwidth guarantees smooth live broadcasts in 4K resolution without noticeable delays. To prevent overheating during intensive work, the manufacturer used an advanced cooling system with double-layer graphene and materials with high thermal conductivity.
On one of the arms Xa is located touch screendisplaying the most important parameters of the router’s operation: signal strength, connection status and battery charge level.
The router has a built-in battery with a capacity of 12,000 mAhwhich allows for 24 hours of continuous Internet use or up to 20 hours of uninterrupted video streaming.
The new router is currently available only on the manufacturer’s domestic market, offered by the operator China Mobilewhich was introduced for connections to Wi-Fi X additional network functions improving transmission stability in poor coverage conditions. The device was priced at 2,499 yuan (approximately PLN 1,360). Unfortunately, it is not known yet whether it will come out of China.
