PKO BP with a convenient new application. Check if you already have it

PKO BP has introduced a useful new feature in the IKO application and iPKO website. Thanks to it, you will be able to easily analyze your purchases in stores made using cards and the BLIK system.

Customers who pay PKO and BLIK debit cardsthey can already see in the transaction history new elements – the name of the store and its logo. Thanks to this solution, it is easier and more convenient to search for appropriate transactions and quickly remember where and for what payments were made and how the card was used in a given place.

You will check the location of the store on the map

In the IKO mobile application (“History”) and the iPKO website (“Account operations”), PKO BP customers will now find new, more detailed information about your debit card and BLIK payments. The new facility was introduced with Visa.

The transaction description has been enriched with the following data: store logo or service point i its name marketing. At first, the new offer applies to selected sellers, but PKO promises that their list will be gradually expanded. Extensive transaction descriptions are available on the iPKO website and are being made available gradually in the latest version (3.160) of the IKO application.

It doesn’t end there. PKO BP announces that in the future the customer will be able to check the location of the store on the map – the bank is the first on the Polish market to work on providing such a function. The transaction description will also be enriched with the following elements: store website address and industry (purchasing category).

According to PKO BP, thanks to these new details, the customer will find it easier to find appropriate transactions in the history of account operations and will faster remember where and for what he paid. The bank assures that it does not use i will not use the customer’s location, the information is obtained from the payment terminal and is protected in accordance with banking law and GDPR regulations.
