OpenAI has introduced a new feature in ChatGPT that promises to significantly change the way we learn math and science. It allows users to observe how patterns, variables and mathematical relationships change in real time. Instead of reading only text explanations or viewing static diagrams, users can now directly manipulate interactive visualizations.

This means that when learning a specific topic, you can change the numerical values yourself and immediately observe the effects. For example, with the Pythagorean theorem, it is possible to adjust the length of the sides of a triangle and immediately check how the length of the hypotenuse changes.
To start with, the feature covers over 70 science topics. These include, among others: formulas for the area of a circle, the square of the binomial, Charles’s law, Coulomb’s law, Hooke’s law, kinetic energy, linear equations and Ohm’s law. It was announced that over time the list of interactive modules will be expanded to include new issues.
The new solution is available to all logged in ChatGPT users. Finally, it is worth recalling that this is not the only educational function. Among those previously introduced is the learning mode, which guides the user through subsequent stages of solving a task instead of providing a ready result. Or QuizGPT, which allows you to create flashcards and conduct short quizzes before exams.
