Important announcement from PKO BP. You won’t pay by card and you won’t withdraw cash
PKO Bank Polski has planned further technical works. Therefore, customers must prepare for difficulties. This time they are related to card payments.
You cannot pay with a PKO BP card
From the latest PKO BP announcement, we learn that the bank plans to do so in the near future Monday (March 2) technical work. The interruption in access to services is scheduled to start at 1:00 a.m. and last until 4:00 a.m. This means that customers will be without access to some services for 3 hours.
This time the break is related to the unavailability of card payments and cash withdrawals from ATMs other than PKO BP. In addition, the bank informs that difficulties may also occur due to:
- card and BLIK deposits and withdrawals in ATMs and cash deposit machines of PKO Bank Polski
- assigning a PIN and activating the card on the iPKO website and the IKO mobile application
- PIN verification for card payments online (3DS)
- adding cards in Apple Pay, Google Pay, Garmin Pay, SwatchPAY, Xiaomi Pay.
However, the difficulties do not apply to the iPKO website and the IKO mobile application. If you are planning any purchases at this time, it is better to have an appropriate amount of cash in advance if necessary.
