The new MacBook Pro debuted in Russia. As if

The media make a show of every small change in the giant’s offer, even if it was limited to replacing the processor in one of the previously offered models. So it should come as no surprise that information about the upcoming one MacBook Pro with Apple M4 processor they invariably arouse our curiosity.

Especially since the new laptop has apparently already landed in the hands of the first YouTubers – and that’s it YouTubers from Russia, that is, one country where the device, in theory, should not be available at all.

This is one of those situations where the leak itself is more interesting than the upcoming device. If you believe the videos, the new MacBook Pro in its basic version will not be different from its predecessor. The only significant improvement is to replace the Apple M3 processor with the newer Apple M4.

The problem is that the videos themselves raise at least a few doubts. As he points out Mark Gurman from the editorial office of Bloomberg, the packaging of the new model looks identical to that of the model with the Apple M3 processor, which is generally not the case with the giant from Cupertino. Sticking to the manufacturer’s current practices, at least the wallpaper on the graphics should be updated for the new model.

On the other hand, if the leak is authentic, it would be one of the largest such incidents in Apple’s history. Although we are not expecting the premiere of the new MacBook Pros until now in November 2024, at least several hundred copies were already supposed to be on the market. This is certainly a situation worth taking a closer look at.
