Millennium Bank with a brilliant new product. Everyone must find it useful

From September 2024, retail customers of Bank Millennium will be able to use a new tool that enables simple, remote identity confirmation and online document signing – no printing, scanning, mailing or storing them in paper form. Mobile signature mSzafiroffered by KIR, allows you to sign documents anywhere and at any time.

All you need is a computer or smartphone

Electronic signatures make it easier to manage digital documentation such as: contracts, official letters or invoices. It can be used for private purposes, business and official.

To use the mSzafir electronic signature, all you need is a computer or phone with internet access. Bank Millennium customers interested in an electronic signature can buy it in a few simple steps on the KIR website. To sign a document with mSzafir, confirm your identity in your electronic banking for retail customers: Millenet or the Bank Millennium mobile application.

E-signature is possible purchase in a single option for PLN 18.45, which allows you to sign a single document or long term (from PLN 292.74) – for one or two years, with a selected signature limit. Each signature submitted on the mSzafir platform is additionally secured with a qualified time stamp.

mSapphire no installation required nor configuring additional software or using hardware such as card readers. The mSzafir e-signature is available on mobile devices with both Android and iOS systems.

The use of a qualified electronic signature is regulated by EU eIDAS regulation. Signatures made using mSzafir have the same legal force as a handwritten signature and are respected in all European Union Member States.
