Action once again positively surprises with its offer. This time, the cheapest on the market you can snag a Wi-Fi signal amplifier from the well-known brand TP-Link.
Where mesh is overkill and you need good quality Wi-Fi
There are many ways to strengthen the Wi-Fi signal, and mesh solutions are considered the best. Unfortunately, their disadvantage is the price. A cheap alternative may be a small signal amplifier, which we plug into an electrical outlet somewhere halfway between the target place of use of the amplifier and our router.
The amplifier will log in to your home Wi-Fi and (and it can’t be too far from the router), and then create an additional network around itself, reaching your computer, phone or TV. The TP-Link offer that you can find now in Action, the TP-LINK RE190 model on Ceneo costs at least PLN 100, while in Action it costs PLN 79.95.
The equipment offers transfers of up to 300 Mb/s on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and up to 433 Mb/s on the 5 GHz band. We perform quick configuration on the smartphone screen in the Tether application and basically forget about the equipment. It just works. Alternatively, just press the WPS button on your home router, and then the RE button on the amplifier within 2 minutes, and the configuration will be performed automatically, without our participation.
