Soundcore refreshes its bestseller. Here’s Space 2 with Bluetooth 6.1 and LDAC

Soundcore Space One is one of the most popular and best-rated headphones from Anker’s sound sub-brand. They were valued for their great comfort, good sound, effective ANC and affordable price. Now this bestseller has a new version.

In appearance, Soundcore Space 2 is a continuation of the first model – we get comfortable over-ear headphones, available in three colors: Cream White, Jet Black and Sage Green. A closer look reveals a refreshed (more uniform) appearance of the ear cups, and comfort is improved by new, soft memory foam pillows. According to the company, ergonomics were tested on over two thousand head profiles.

The most important change is to be improved ANC. The manufacturer talks about improved noise reduction covering the full range of sounds, with particular emphasis on low tones (e.g. airplane, train or bus engines), which is supported by a 4-level reduction scale. Space 2 uses 3 microphones, just like Space One, but the manufacturer has improved their arrangement and also introduced changes to their design.

The sound of Soundcore Space 2 is provided by 40 mm drivers with a double design, combining a silk diaphragm with a metal-ceramic element. The headphones support Hi-Res Audio and the LDAC codec, and connectivity is via the latest Bluetooth 6.1. There is also a 3.5 mm socket for a wired connection.

Soundcore also boasts a clearly better operating time: Space 2 will operate up to 50 hours with ANC on and up to 70 hours without ANC – for comparison, Space One offered 40 and 55 hours, respectively. Another improvement is fast charging – 5 minutes will provide about 4 additional hours of listening.

Additional features include solutions known from Space One, such as HearID 3.0 sound personalization and a headphone removal sensor that pauses playback. The set will include a color-matched fabric bag (instead of a hard case).

Global sales will start on April 21, 2026. Prices in Europe are expected to be around EUR 129.99, so in our country the headphones may cost PLN 549.
