Huawei Band 11 and 11 Pro are already here. Bright AMOLED, 14 days of battery life and GPS
The new bands are already visible in all their glory on Huawei’s regional websites or in the first online stores, they should be available soon also go to Europe. Their capabilities outclass many traditional, large smartwatches.
Six color versions
Huawei Band 11 and 11 Pro are almost identical, but they differ in finish. Band 11 performs in as many as six versions colors and materials: beige, green and white with an aluminum case, purple with a polymer case and black available in both aluminum and polymer. The band in this version weighs up to 17 g. Huawei Band 11 Pro always has an aluminum case in the color black, white or greenweighs 18 g. The Pro version is also distinguished by CNC finishing and an optional, two-tone green nylon strap. Wristbands offer water resistance 5 ATMmaking them also suitable for swimming and light water activities.
Both new products are equipped with a display AMOLED with a diagonal of 1.62 inches and resolution 286 x 482 pixels. In Huawei Band 11, the screen reaches a peak brightness of 1,500 nits, while in Huawei Band 11 Pro it is as many as 2000 nits.
The new bands have a solid set of health features. There is a 9-axis IMU sensor, an optical heart rate sensor and a light intensity sensor on board. Huawei Band 11 and 11 Pro offer sleep monitoring, SpO2 measurement, emotion analysis, intelligent menstrual cycle calendar and analysis of sinus rhythm variability (HRV), atrial fibrillation warnings and arrhythmia analysis.
The user has at his disposal about 100 training modesincluding yoga, strength training and jumping rope, as well as a special mode intended for people in wheelchairs.
The most important difference between the versions is presence built-in GNSS receiver in Huawei Band 11 Pro, which allows you to record distance, route and speed without having to take your phone with you. Both models include a Bluetooth 6.0 module.
In addition to extensive health and sports functions, Huawei Band 11 and 11 Pro offer a number of solutions known from smartwatches. User can receive notificationscheck connections, remotely control your smartphone’s camera, and use a set of basic tools.
Responsible for power supply 300 mAh battery. The manufacturer states that the bands may work with light use up to 14 days. When they are used more intensively – about 8 days.
Prices and availability
The new wristbands are now available in the first countries in Southeast Asia. In the Philippines, Huawei Band 11 costs 2,399 pesos, which is approximately PLN 150while Huawei Band 11 Pro was priced at 4,499 pesos, which is approximately equivalent PLN 280. Similar, although slightly higher prices are in Malaysia. On this basis, it is difficult to estimate how much will have to be spent on new Bands in Europe, but the amounts should not be prohibitive.
