Change in mObywatel is like salvation. No more annoying chores
The Sejm adopted an act that is intended to simplify the establishment and running of a business. It will enable company registration via the mObywatel application and will introduce a “one-stop shop” for civil partnerships.

The amendment improves the operation of CEIDG and is intended to reduce the number of formalities. Some of the data in applications will be automatically completed based on public registers. In addition, entrepreneurs’ contact with offices is to move to a greater extent to online channels.
The key change will be the integration of the systems of ZUS, tax offices and the Central Statistical Office. In the case of civil partnerships, data will be transferred between these institutions automatically via CEIDG, without the need to submit separate applications.
The Act provides for four dates for the entry into force of the new solutions:
- 6 months from announcement – the basic date of entry into force of most regulations,
- 7 days from the announcement – launch of the legal basis for submitting applications to CEIDG via the mObywatel application,
- November 1, 2026 – first stage of electronicization (applications for starting a business only online),
- November 1, 2028 – the second stage of electronization and entry into force of the “single window” for civil partnerships.
