Card management without access to the account
Bank Millennium has prepared a special mode in its application for enterprises. His name is “I only have a card”. It enables full handling of company plastic directly at the smartphone level. The user does not need to have access to the online banking service.
This is a convenience for people who they use company cards but do not manage company accounts. This applies to many professional groups. The new products will be used by, among others, sales representatives, drivers and administration employees. The tool will be useful in logistics and during business trips.
No more calling the hotline
The new function gives employees great independence. The user of an application activated in the new mode can at any time check the balance of available funds. It also has a preview to history of transactions made.
The system allows quickly assigning or changing the PIN code. This does not require contacting the bank or visiting a branch. The app also sends security notifications. The user will immediately learn about changes in limits or imposed time blocks.
Greater control over expenses
The software makes it possible online payment management and the 3D Secure standard. The cardholder can view his or her limits and, if the plastic is lost, quickly block it. There is also an option to temporarily block the card.
It is an important function ability to download statements and transaction confirmations. This makes it easier to settle expenses later in the company.
