ING Bank Śląski with an urgent announcement. It’s about next weekend

On the website with messages about service breaks and unavailability, ING bank has posted a new one regarding the upcoming weekend. In it, it informs its customers that government service work will be carried out during this time. When exactly will the work be carried out? What difficulties and inconveniences await customers?

From Saturday (March 21) from 10 p.m. to Sunday (March 22) until 3 a.m., works will be carried out at the National Junction. We apologize for the inconvenience.

• While work is being carried out at the National Node, customers may have problems with setting up and using a Trusted Profile.
• Government services available on the Node, e.g. KSeF, may also be unavailable.
• There may be a problem with signing a document using a trusted signature.

National Node – what is it? Anyone who does their business online probably uses it without even knowing it. It is available and promoted under the name login.gov.pl.

It is the gateway through which you access public services online. Thanks to the national node, you confirm your identity or simply log in (including electronic banking, mObywatel application, trusted profile).

The Bank informs about any inconveniences in due time and kindly asks you to try not to use these services during the hours when the works will be carried out.
