mObywatel Junior with important news. The government is extending further rights to smartphones

I almost trusted mObywatel and it would make me sneeze

mObywatel is a great combine. We will store the documents there and handle some matters, and if not, we will arrange a visit to the office and talk to AI about the regulations. And we can see the fines we have received. And it’s the latter that I would have a serious problem with.

It happened to me that I was driving too fast. Or, more precisely, it’s too late to take your foot off the gas pedal when the 70 km/h limit has been replaced by a 50 km/h limit sign. And since there was a speed camera several dozen meters away, I got the most expensive photo of my life. Don’t get me wrong: it’s my fault, especially since it wasn’t the first or last time I took this route. Just for the first time I didn’t slow down where I should have.

Then I received a letter from the Center for Automatic Road Traffic Supervision regarding who was driving the vehicle. Of course, I pleaded guilty, got a ticket and… waited. I was waiting for the mandate to appear in mObywatel. After all, it has that function, right? The payment deadline has long passed, and there was no fine in the application.

Of course, fresh fines do not appear in the application, but something is seriously wrong when even those whose payment deadline has long passed are not there. Especially since the delay resulting from the operation of Poczta Polska should also be added. Of course, I paid before this date, but it is not in the paid fines tab either. The conclusion is simple: Did you get a ticket? Don’t count on mObywatel. It may appear there, but as my case shows, it doesn’t have to. Interestingly, the penalty points were calculated correctly in the application.
