Xiaomi’s powerful electrician entered the PlayStation hit

This is the first time in history that a Xiaomi car is included in this legendary series of racing games. The car appeared in patch number 1.67. Studio production Polyphony Digital is available on consoles PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. The decision to add this model was made in June 2025.

The game’s creators are famous for their very strict criteria for selecting machines. Kazunori Yamauchi, the creator of the series, personally checked the capabilities of SU7 Ultra. The tests took place, among other things on the Nürburgring Nordschleife and in Beijing. The goal was to faithfully reproduce the vehicle’s behavior on the road.

Xiaomi engineers also went to Japan. In a studio in Fukuoka, they worked on the final validation of the digital model. The idea was to maintain full consistency with the physical original. Thanks to this, players will experience driving physics close to reality.

The virtual equivalent is based on a very powerful drive system. The car uses a proprietary system Xiaomi Hyper Tri-Motor. It consists of three electric motors. These generate the total power of the level 1548 horsepower.

The torque is here as much as 1770 Nm. Acceleration from zero to 100 km/h takes just 1.98 seconds. The production version of the car has already proven its capabilities in the real world. It set a Nürburgring track record for electric executive cars over time 7:04,957.

Introducing a car into the game brings additional attractions. The developers announced a special event for the gaming community. It will be Lap Time Challenge on the famous Italian Monza track.

Those interested from all over the world will be able to compete for the best result in one lap. The competition will last two weeks. All participants will drive the SU7 Ultra model. This is an opportunity to directly check the declared performance in virtual conditions.
