Nothing mocks Apple and announces the Phone (4a) series

Nothing has announced the release date of the series Phone (4a). It will take place on Thursday, March 5, 2026at 11:30 a.m. Polish time. Event under the slogan “Nothing Event: Built Different” will be held at Central Saint Martins in London. The broadcast of the show will be available directly on the producer’s website.

This date is not accidental and constitutes element of the marketing game. Carl Pei shared a poster promoting the event online. The graphic looks like an invitation to the Apple conference scheduled for March 4, but it has been blurred with bright pink spray. This is a clear signal of competition with the giant from Cupertino.

The manufacturer wants to change the positioning of its cheaper series of devices in 2026. Carl Pei stated that Phone (4a) is expected to approach the level of flagships in almost every aspect. The changes will include materials, design, screen and cameras. The company promises to take this best-selling product line to the next level.

Two models are to be released on the market, i.e Nothing Phone (4a) and Nothing Phone (4a) Pro. The basic variant has already appeared in performance tests with the system Snapdragon 7s Gen 4. The manufacturer also confirmed its presence fast UFS 3.1 storage in at least one of the upcoming devices.

A more powerful Pro model will likely offer battery with a capacity of 5080 mAh. The cell will be rechargeable with a power of 50 W. The Phone (4a) series is to be available in an unprecedented range of colors. Apart from the classic one black and whitewe’ll see too pink, bile and blue. It’s a colorful evolution of Nothing’s signature transparent aesthetic.
