Do you shop at Tedi? Better not put that on
This is the result of an inspection carried out by the Trade Inspection. This authority checked 30 models of sports headphones and smartwatches. It turned out that irregularities were discovered in some of them. Moreover, it is not only about formal problems, but also about too high concentrations of harmful substances in specific products.
Toxic headphones from Tedi
Namely, the concentration of toxic substances in the headphones is too high. Thus, in the case of TDTWS-01-MX/1 (black) headphones, safe lead standards were exceeded by over 50%. The same problem applies to the TDTWS-02-MX (White) model, which can be purchased in this store. Therefore, under no circumstances should you put them in your basket when shopping.
It is worth emphasizing, however, that Tedi is not the only one who has something on his mind. In the case of A-tom Webski Hurt, the WB340 model has exactly the same problem. Moreover, there is no appropriate CE marking on it or anything that allows for the identification of the equipment. The exact same problems were found in another product from this supplier, marked 072021.
As for formal problems, the EXTRALINK LIFESTYLE F89 smartwatch has an incorrect declaration of conformity. You can read the full research results on the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection website.
