Google AI Mode will x-ray your life. He’ll check Gmail and Photos
The search engine will connect the dots for you
The “Personal Intelligence” option goes directly to the AI Mode in the search engine. Previously it was tested in Gemini itself, but now the integration is taken to a higher level. The system will connect facts from the Internet with your digital life, using data from email and galleries.
This mechanism relies on full context, but requires the user’s voluntary consent. Thanks to this, the system does not have to guess your needs, but uses your activity history. The answer to a question is no longer a simple list of links, but becomes a precise guideline.
A personal advisor in your pocket
Google gives this example: you’re planning a trip and looking for a jacket, and AI checks your Gmail. He finds a ticket to Chicago for March, so he connects the destination with the weather forecast. The system will suggest the model of your favorite brand because it also knows your purchase history.
Planning free time for the family is equally interesting. The system can analyze photos from previous holidays to get a feel for your style. If he sees a lot of shots of ice cream, he will recommend a famous ice cream parlor in a new city instead of a “boring” museum.
Gemini 3 safety and model
Google reassures you about privacy by explaining how the model works Gemini 3. The company emphasizes that it doesn’t train its artificial intelligence based on your private emails or photo library. Your data is not used to improve algorithms for others.
Information from Gmail is processed exclusively in real time, when a given query is processed. The model eventually learns based on your reactions to the results. All integration is optional and can be disabled at any time.
It’s still just an experiment
It’s worth remembering that the “Personal Intelligence” feature is there in the experimental phase. The system may sometimes incorrectly connect the facts or fail to understand the context of the email. If the recommendation is wrong, the user can easily correct it.
The new feature is currently being implemented as part of the Google Labs program in the USA. It is available to subscribers of paid AI plans using English. The feature only works with private accounts and does not apply to Workspace services.
