Apple shock. The new Mac mini has 16 GB RAM and starts at PLN 2,999

Yesterday Apple presented new All in One computer sets from the series iMac 2024which tempt not only with a stronger specification, but also with eye-pleasing, colorful casings. Today, Americans announced their new family of computers to the world Mac Miniwhich are even smaller and even more efficient.

Apple Mac Mini 2024 starts at PLN 2,999

This year’s Apple Mac Mini series uses proprietary chips Apple M4 and Apple M4 Probased on architecture ARM. According to the manufacturer, they offer x1.8 greater performance for CPU tasks and x2.2 more computing power in graphic tasks.

Apple Mac Mini 2024 has compact dimensions – only 127 x 127 x 50 millimeters with a weight of 670 (basic version) or 730 (Pro version) grams. Preserved here elegant designwhere the ventilation holes are hidden at the base of the device. Apple also boasts about its casing 100% recycled aluminum.

There are several configurations to choose from. Apple M4 provides 10 cores (4 high-performance and 6 energy-saving) for the CPU and 10 cores for the iGPU. Apple M4 Pro already has 12 cores (8 high-performance and 4 energy-saving) for the CPU and 16 cores for the iGPU. However, there are also variants with a more powerful CPU and GPU – up to 14 and 20 cores respectively.

When it comes to the I/O panel, we have it at the front two USB 4 (up to 40 Gbps) and a headphone jack. On the back there is RJ-45 (1 Gbps), HDMI and three Thunderbolt 4 for models with Apple M4 or three Thunderbolt 5 for models with Apple M4 Pro. It completes it Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3.

The price range is quite large. The cheapest Apple Mac Mini 2024 model with SoC M4 (10 cores, 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD) was priced at PLN 2,999and the cheapest Apple Mac Mini 2024 with the M4 Pro system (12 cores, 24 GB RAM, 512 SSD) costs PLN 7,499. More elaborate versions are even more expensive. Pre-sale has already started, but deliveries to customers and stores will not start until November 8.
