The beginning of January is the time when the Social Insurance Institution sends payers information on the settlement of contributions for last year. This is information that you must read. The documents will be sent to over 3.4 million entrepreneurs.

From the information sent by ZUS, entrepreneurs will learn about the status of their contributions to social security, health insurance, the Labor Fund and the Guaranteed Employee Benefits Fund for 2025. This is extremely important because it is a clear message whether we are in arrears, overpaid, or whether the account balance is zero and no further action is necessary.
The message will be available in the PUE (eZUS) system. To do this, log in to your account, select the “payer” tab and then “payer panel”. Next, you need to find the “current balances” section or enter your inbox, where you will find information from ZUS. Importantly, the message is not sent by e-mail.
In the event of an overpayment, it is necessary to submit the RZS-P formbecause the refund is only possible at the payer’s request. If we do not do this, the excess amount will be automatically transferred to current and future contributions. However, if there is an underpayment on the account, it must be repaid. If the amount is too high, it can be divided into installments.
