Żabka is giving up several services. Don't be surprised at the checkout

Żappka Pay is one of the payment methods operating since 2020 that we can use to pay for purchases in Żabka stores. Just add your debit or credit card, which we can do:

• via NFC,
• using a camera,
• automatically with your next purchase.

Then you just need to confirm that the card belongs to us. To use Żappka Pay, you also need to confirm your phone number in the Żappka application. Payments using the Żappka Pay function are protected PINand biometrics – fingerprint or face scan. This way it will be easier and faster.

Once we add the card to Żappka Pay, just say at the checkout that we want to use this payment method. We confirm this in the application (fingerprint, face scan or PIN) and it's ready. Shopping paid and points saved in your account.

All good things come to an end

Users of the Żappka application received an e-mail with the changes planned by the Żabka network. One of them concerns frog payments: Żappka Pay will cease to operate on June 17, 2024. From that day on, you will no longer be able to pay for your purchases in this way.

Żabka also intends to disable several other services and features, such as:

• Żabu (game in the Żappka application),
• Żappka Post,
• the history of Żapps,
• transferring Żapps,
• Subscriptions (will be available until June 30 this year).
