Serious WhatsApp bug in a specific version of the application

WhatsApp users are complaining about a serious problem. After clicking on any chat, the application is blocked, i.e. displays solid green graphics, preventing users from interacting in any way. In addition, one of the editors of Android Police experienced a situation in which the application does not start and crashes – despite numerous attempts to turn it on.

Fortunately, these errors do not appear in the public version of the application, but in beta version 2.24.24.5. Unfortunately, beta users need to prepare for bad news here. Beta WhatsApp currently receives updates in the form of Android App Bundles, i.e. de facto via Google Play, and you can no longer download APKs manually.

This flaw completely blocks access to the WhatsApp application. Meta has been informed about the problem, so it is expected that they will update the beta of the application soon.
