In a constant quest to improve and tweak its subscription, Amazon continues to search for the perfect formula for its Prime offer. As a reminder, Prime is a catch-all deal that includes expedited shipping, access to part of the Amazon Music catalog, Prime Video, select games, unlimited photo storage, and even more.

However, it should be noted that the subscription price has increased significantly worldwide, especially in the United States, but also in France. In July 2022, the annual price increased by 42.65%! From now on, you have to pay 6.99 euros per month (compared to 5.99 euros previously) or 69.90 euros per year (compared to 49.00 euros previously).

While this price increase may seem surprising, Amazon is not remaining inactive. The firm is considering adding a mobile plan offer to its Prime subscription in the United States, a revolution that could well attract many consumers. At the same time, Amazon is also considering a cheaper version of Prime, which would, however, be accompanied by advertising.

-10% at Monoprix

In France, Amazon is not staying behind either. The e-commerce giant has just concluded a very interesting partnership with Monoprix. Concretely, this means that for six months, Prime subscribers will benefit from a 10% reduction on their purchases in the Monoprix section of the Amazon site, but also in stores.

In reality, it is the Monopflix offer, already available for 1, 6 or 12 months. Here, you will therefore have six months free, without automatic renewal. We can say that this collaboration is a win-win agreement for both groups. Indeed, not only do they benefit from increased visibility, but they can also exchange the emails of customers who subscribe to this formula, a wealth of valuable information in the digital age.

We remind it, AmazonPrime is available at 69 euros per year. New customers can also benefit from a free trial month.

For students, the subscription is 24 euros per year with a 90-day trial period.
