Western Digital przesuwa granice. Na rynek trafiają większe nośniki

Western Digital pushes the boundaries. Larger media are entering the market

Do you take a lot of photos and videos? Do you store a lot of important data? Are you running out of disk space? No problem! Western Digital has a new 2.5″ HDD with a capacity of 6 TB.

There are two main types of data carriers on the market – HDD and SSD. The first technology is older, and therefore much cheaper and better proven. The second one is a newer solution, offering much higher transfers and lower latencies, but also lower capacity at a higher price.

Prices for Western Digital 6 TB media start from PLN 867

When storing large amounts of data, especially at home, a hard drive is often a much better choice. Especially if the media is to be kept in a drawer. And it so happens that Western Digital announced the expansion of its offer with new variants.

Series like WD My Passport HDD, WD_BLack P10 Game Drive and SanDisk Professional G-DRIVE AmorATD will now be available in versions up to 6 TB. These are the world's first formatted disks 2.5″ with such capacity, which translates into very compact sizes.
