We use it, but mainly in Żabka. Half of Poles do it

When it comes to the cash withdrawal service for everyday purchases, which is a popular cashback, you can use it in 279 thousand branches in Poland. The Cashless Poland Foundation conducted research which showed that the store with which Poles most associate the service is Żabka. As many as 33 percent of respondents indicated Żabka as a place where we can get cashback. Other places associated with cashback are petrol stations and the Empik chain of stores.

The cashback topic is doing quite well here. Almost half of Poles have already used this modern solution, and 7 out of 10 respondents have heard of this service.

We are pleased that more and more people know about the cashback service, and its use increases during holidays in the country. We believe that every consumer should have access to various methods of cashless payments and, if necessary, also cash, so that they can pay as they like.

To use the cashback service, just buy any product and before making the card payment, inform the cashier that you want to withdraw cash. You can withdraw any amount, with the limit of withdrawn funds being 1000 PLN.

The mission of the foundation is to raise awareness of Poles about cashless payments and to promote innovation in this area. Cashback can be used at points with the Mastercard – Pay Card and Pay Out and VISA Cash Back symbols.
