VeloBank has made it integration with the National Nodeso he can use it when verifying customers Electronic Identification Means. At the stage of confirming his identity, the customer will only use the application mCitizen or e-Proof. Thanks to this, he will be able to open an account or apply for a loan remotely, without a courier's visit. Logging in to online banking is also more efficient.

An account without a paper contract

VeloBank already in 2022 introduced verification using the mObywatel application. However, back then the process was not completely remote because it was still required signing a paper contract. The new proposal includes the use of VeloBank services via the mObywatel application or e-ID completely remotewhich makes it even easier for customers.

It is also new ability to log in to online banking with the help of mObywatel or e-ID.

Users who use the mObywatel application or e-ID no longer have to sign a contract delivered by a courier. This is enough to conclude it entering the SMS code in the indicated field during a remote process. From that moment on, the client has a fully functional account with the option of using electronic banking and a complete set of documents receives to the e-mail address.

VeloBank also made it possible to apply for a loan up to PLN 6,500, entirely via the bank's website and mobile application.
From now on, anyone who wants to join the group of VeloBank customers and VeloKonto users will do it in just a few moments on their smartphone or computer screen. Implementing the functionality using the mObywatela application or e-ID also enables verification when taking out a loan up to PLN 6,500 or efficient logging in to remote channels.
