TP-Link has new super routers for gamers: Archer GE800 and Archer GXE75

TP-Link introduces two new routers, Archer GE800 and Archer GXE75. The devices were created with the needs of the most demanding players and users in mind.

Routers Archer GE800 and Archer GXE75 were designed with extreme performance and optimal stability. The manufacturer touts that these are ideal devices for applications in which every millisecond can decide about victory.

TP-Link Archer GE800

Archer GE800 works in the Wi-Fi 7 standard and introduces a completely new dimension of speed. Tri-band Wi-Fi with 12 data streams guarantees total throughput up to 19 Gb/s in three transmission bands: up to 11,538 Mb/s in the 6 GHz band, up to 5764 Mb/s in the 5 GHz band and up to 1376 Mb/s in the 2.4 GHz band.

Responsible for network coverage 8 built-in antennas supported by Beamforming technology, and for cable connections in the router – two 10G WAN/LAN ports, four 2.5G LAN ports and one USB 3.0 port.

Interestingly, one of the WAN/LAN ports is a RJ45/SFP+ combo port, thanks to which the Archer GE800 is adapted to support both copper and fiber optic connectionswithout the need to use additional devices.

Dedicated “Gaming” port 2.5 Gb/s automatically transmits priority to connected devicessuch as a console or PC, ensuring minimal delays even in critical moments of the game.

TP-Link Archer GXE75

In turn, Archer GXE75 is a three-band model Wi-Fi 6E with 6 data streams about the total speed up to 5380 Mbps (up to 2402 Mb/s in the 6 GHz band, up to 2402 Mb/s in the 5 GHz band and up to 574 Mb/s in the 2.4 GHz band). They are responsible for its reach 4 built-in antennas and Beamforming technology.

The router is equipped with 5 Ethernet ports: 2.5G WAN/LAN, gigabit WAN/LAN and 3 gigabit LAN ports, of which one “Gaming” port dedicated to gamers. There is also a USB 3.0 port available.

EasyMesh, WPA3, VPN…

Both new gaming routers are compatible with the EasyMesh standardwhich allows them to easily create a mesh network with WiFi roaming function covering a larger area.

TP-Link is responsible for the security of transmission in new routers WPA3 encryption and TP-Link HomeShield packagewhich includes, among others: extensive parental control options.

New WiFi routers also support VPN client and server function (OpenVPN/ PPTP/ L2TP/ WireGuard VPN), thanks to which they enable remote, encrypted access and sharing of resources via the Internet. This eliminates the need to install appropriate software on each device.

They have routers too dedicated control panel for players. You can monitor the network status, router load, prioritize games, and control settings RGB backlight.

The devices are now available for sale at the following prices: Archer GE800 approx. PLN 2,200 and Archer GXE75 approx. PLN 750ł. The routers are covered by a three-year warranty.
