Kevin Costner hasn’t had a good run lately. The star put everything on one card, threw away a role in a hit western and decided to take up his own production. Meanwhile, not everything is going according to plan.

Horizon is a four-part story about conquering the Wild West. Kevin Costner cast a hit for this production Yellowstone series and invested his money in it. The film was supposed to debut in cinemas on August 16 and the plans seemed completely realistic, but the distributor New Line Cinema made a drastic decision and withdrew the premiere Horizon. Chapter 2. The film was pulled from the schedule after its first part debuted poorly on June 28.
The first part of the Western saga was a complete failure. Kevin Costner, however, does not give up so easily and continues to fight. After heated discussions, it is already known that the film will return to the screens. Supposedly, its distribution is still planned, but a new premiere date has not yet been set. Increasing the time window is not such a bad thing, it will give the audience more time to familiarize themselves with the first part.
Whether the film is really that bad, we will be able to see for ourselves soon. In just a few days Horizon. Chapter 1 will be available on paid VOD platforms. This means one thing – we will be able to watch it both in the cinema and on the Internet.
