Premiere of the 3rd season of “Hand-held Therapy”, the fourth season has already been ordered

Apple TV, on the day of the premiere of the third season, also announced that a fourth season would be created. For those who are not very familiar with the topic – “Hands-on Therapy” is nothing more than a beloved comedy starring Emmy nominee Jason Segel and award-winning Harrison Ford. The platform promises that each subsequent season will bring even more emotions and humor. And that’s what we need most these days.

The first episode of the third season of “Shrinking” has returned to Apple TV Wednesday, January 28, and subsequent episodes will appear weekly until April 8, 2026.

“Hands-on therapy” – what is the series about?

It’s the story of a grieving therapist (Segel) who starts breaking the rules and telling his patients exactly what he thinks. As you can guess, all this ignoring of training and ethics introduces huge, even turbulent changes in people’s lives, as well as in the life of a doctor.

The series is produced for Apple TV by Warner Bros. It turns out that Apple has a good hand for comedy. Not only the famous adventures of Ted Lasso were liked by critics and viewers. “Shrinking” was hailed as “one of the best-written comedies on television” and earned multiple Primetime Emmy Award nominations and a Critics Choice Award for Urie (in the show’s second season).
