This bracelet for the Pixel Watch that Google never released is finally here

Remember, almost a year ago: Google was raising the suspense around its connected watch and had shown in its promotions the different bracelets available on the Pixel Watch. Among them, the color Coral ” or coral in French, which we already find on its smartphone cases, on its connected speakers or its wireless headphones. Since then, no more news: the bracelet has never been released, until now.

He’s a user on Reddit by the name of ” Em_a_il ui reports seeing this wristband, wondering if anyone else has seen it and noting that it’s not listed on the Google Store. On the latter, there are five options in sports bracelets today: lime green, charcoal, volcanic black, pebble and sage green. Apart from the first, the others are dull colors and are shades of gray.

We see that the Pixel Watch’s coral bracelet can indeed be purchased and that it is sold by Google itself. It can be purchased for 33.57 pounds, or 39.10 euros according to the current price, which seems cheaper than the other sports bracelets marketed by Google. Strangely, the date of first availability is October 7, 2022.

Towards a Pixel Watch 2 and new bracelets?

No explanation was given by Google as to why this bracelet was never available for sale. This is indeed amazing, since the bracelet seems produced and has a packaging, as if it were ready for sale as soon as the Pixel Watch was released. It is also unknown why he only appears now.

This also revives rumors around the Pixel Watch 2, which could arrive this fall during the next Google conference and the presentation of the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro. Everything suggests that this watch comes out with a new selection of straps.
