Rewolucyjny monitor został wyceniony. Jest drogo

The revolutionary monitor has been priced. It’s expensive

New, revolutionary monitors with two operating modes will soon be available in stores. One of them – LG 32GS95UE – has just been priced. It’s expensive.

Today’s gaming monitors have the problem that they offer a maximum refresh rate that is independent of resolution. For example, a 4K 144 Hz screen does not allow you to play at 240 Hz when going down to 1080p. This will soon change thanks to new models with two operating modes. One of them is the LG 32GS95UE, but it will be very expensive.

LG 32GS95UE, a monitor with two modes

LG 32GS95UE is a new monitor in the offer of the Korean manufacturer. Its greatest distinguishing feature is the dual mode of operation. In 4K resolution, it offers a maximum refresh rate of 240 Hz. However, after going down to 1080p, we can count on a refresh rate of up to 480 Hzwhich can be of great importance in many games where fluidity is the most important thing (e.g. Valorant or CS2).

The monitor is also compatible with the VESA DisplayHDR TrueBlack 400 standard, and the color reproduction is up to 98.5%. for the DCI-P3 space. This is a model with an OLED matrix, so such parameters are not surprising.

The LG 32GS95UE supports NVIDIA G-Sync and AMD FreeSync Premium, as well as a technique called Pixel Sound, in which speakers are placed behind the screen, which translates into higher audio quality. There is also DisplayPort 1.4 with DSC (why not 2.1???) and HDMI 2.1.

Price? High, because LG priced this model at $1,399. It amounts to approximately PLN 5,570, but 23% should be added to this. VAT and then we receive as much as PLN 6,855. It’s not much for a 4K OLED screen, but it will be out of reach for most gamers. The monitor will go on sale on April 15, but pre-order is already available.
