The Polish Army issued an important warning. Let’s explain

NOTAM message is a message disseminated by telecommunications means, containing information (on the establishment, status or changes of aviation facilities, services, procedures, as well as on hazards) the timely knowledge of which is important for personnel involved in aviation operations.
