The Ministry encourages you to use an important service in mObywatel

The Ministry of Digitization once again reminds us that the greatest guarantee of our own security online is ourselves. It encourages people to use the service that every citizen should know.

In August, a new function appeared in the mObywatel 2.0 application, created in cooperation with CERT Polska. It was named “Safely Online”. Thanks to this service, Poles can easily report suspicious e-mails, text messages, websites, as well as various types of fraud, such as fake online stores or attempts to impersonate various types of institutions.

Purpose campaign Safely on the Internet is, above all, to increase awareness of threats on the Internet. At any time, you can enable or disable notifications about current cybercriminal attacks in the mObywatel application. If you want, you can also use the Knowledge Base, a reliable source of information about online safety.

You can report any incident however you prefer: anonymously or by providing your email address to track the report’s status. User reports will be carefully analyzed by NASK experts within the designated teams (depending on the type of case) of CERT Polska and DyΕΌurnet.pl.

Report disturbing events on the Internet, such as suspicious messages, fake websites or illegal content. Receive notifications with warnings about current cyberattacks and read articles about staying safe on the Internet.
