Apple Maps will get a wine guide

The whole project is a promotion of the second season of the sensational Apple TV series, based on the manga, which in-depth explores the world of wine. I’m talking about the series “Drops of God”. On this occasion, the company released a completely original Apple Maps guide with the favorite vineyards of actor Tomohisa Yamashita. It includes recommended vineyards in Europe and the United States.

Favorite wines and vineyards from France to California – this may catch on

Apple TV periodically publishes Apple Maps guides that are in some way related to one of the programs or movies broadcast on the platform. Suffice it to recall, for example, the tourist guide published in September last year, entitled: “Chief of War”. It highlights 10 historical and iconic places in Hawaii and New Zealand that film fans will be able to visit while traveling along the trail of the production’s characters. Now, Apple wants to do the same with the series gem “God’s Drops”.

As you’d expect from the series, Apple’s “Wine Guide” will focus on wineries that “God’s Drop” fans may want to visit in California, as well as throughout Europe. Each of the nine wineries featured on the list is accompanied by an explanation of why actor Yamashita chose it. In addition, we will find out its opening hours, see current photos and all information that will help us plan an attractive trip.

You can save the guide to Apple Maps or share it with your contacts.

Seasons 1 and 2 of “Drop of God” can be watched on Apple TV.
