The “Harry Hole” series is based on the famous series of novels by the Swedish writer Jo Nesbo, whose specialty is blood-curdling, slightly drastic crime stories and thrillers. It is worth emphasizing that Jo Nesbo is also one of the producers of this production on Netflix. And this bodes very well for the quality of the film adaptation of the entire series.

The first season of Jo Nesbo’s series “Harry Hole” was based on the novel “Devil’s Star”, which tells the story of the murder of a young woman found dead in her apartment. The murderer hid a tiny red star-shaped diamond under her eyelid. Harry Hole and Tom Waaler are assigned to the case. Hole has no choice but to shake off his alcoholic stupor and take action. Oslo is plagued by a serial killer.
