The OnePlus 12 spec sheet is leaked. If we believe the “leaker” OnLeaks, the new flagship of OnePlus would be equipped with the next high-end SoC from Qualcomm, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.
Last week, the first visuals of the design of what would be the OnePlus 12 appeared. They were published by the leaker OnLeaks who returns today to show the technical specifications of the next high-end smartphone from OnePlus that he says he knows, in collaboration with SmartPrice.
A OnePlus 12 with a screen that we are starting to know
This next OnePlus smartphone would not surprise in terms of its screen. It would be a 6.7-inch Amoled panel with a “2K” definition as well as a maximum refresh rate of 120 Hz. Technical characteristics also indicated in another leak. In this regard, the panel would be LTPO, that is to say that it would be able to adapt this refresh rate according to the use of the smartphone to save a little battery.
At the operating system level, we would logically find Android 14 with the new interface of OnePlus, OxygenOS 14. SmartPrice describes the interface as ” transparent and user-friendly. “The fingerprint sensor would be located under the screen and the Alert Slider would once again be part of it. This element is highly anticipated and appreciated by fans of the brand and is not present on all the brand’s ranges, which makes it a distinctive element.

Another important element confirmed by OnLeaks: the presence of Qualcomm’s next SoC dedicated to the high end, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. A chip that would be unveiled this fall to appear on certain models from the end of the year.
This is also what OnLeaks indicates: according to the leakerthe OnePlus 12 would be presented “ later in the year ” in China. As for the European market, we can think that the OnePlus 12 will make its appearance there around the next MWC in Barcelona. This although the presence of OnePlus in France is becoming increasingly rare: the parent company it shares with Oppo and Realme seems to be leaving the French market, probably in part because of legal problems related to patents.
To continue on the hardware part of the smartphone, we would find 16 GB of RAM in LPDDR5X and a version with 256 GB of storage in UFS 4.0. In another leak a few days ago, we learned that the OnePlus 12 would be sold in a version with 24 GB of RAM. To power all this, the OnePlus 12 would have a 5400 mAh battery. It could be recharged at a maximum power of 100 W, which promises significant recharge speeds. Wireless charging would not be outdone since it would have a maximum power of 50 W.

Although in front of the OnePlus 11 we found the excellent Samsung Galaxy S23, it was still very good. Its successor, the OnePlus 12 will be particularly expected in the photo. For this, we would be entitled to a main photo sensor of 50 Mpx (here too, another leak comes to correlate the statements of OnLeaks), coupled with an ultra-wide-angle sensor of 50 Mpx as well as a telephoto lens of 64 Mpx. The latter would offer an optical zoom up to x3.
Everything would be developed in partnership with Hasselblad, as has been the case for several years on the top of the range of the brand. On the other side, we would find a front sensor of 32 Mpx.
