The Chinese brand Mechrevo showed new gaming laptops that will make your jaw drop. They are distinguished by an unusual solution.
Saying that something is Chinese is slowly no longer equated with low quality. Today, many products from the Middle Kingdom can compete with the largest companies in the world, also in terms of technology. He hopes that the same is true of the new gaming laptops from Mechrevo, because on paper they look great.
Gaming laptops straight from China
The Mechrevo brand presented two new models of laptops for gamers. These are Kuangshi 16 Super and Yanshi 16 Super Supreme. In both cases, a very efficient, 24-core Intel Core i9-14900HX processor with a boost clock of up to 5.8 GHz was used.
Additionally, they offer 32 and 64 GB of RAM and 1 or 2 TB of disk space. In turn, the GeForce RTX 4080 and RTX 4090 systems are responsible for the graphic experience. The screens, in turn, are made of 16-inch matrices with a resolution of 2560 × 1440 pixels, 240 Hz refresh rate and 100% coverage of the sRGB color palette. There is also Thunderbolt 4 and HDMI 2.1.
The specification itself shows that we are dealing with really strong structures. However, what sets them apart from their competitors is the cooling system used. A special external radiator ensures the appropriate temperature. Thanks to it, the components are even more effectively cooled by liquid, which should translate into high efficiency of operation. If we do not want to connect a radiator, laptops use traditional fans hidden at the bottom of the case.
How much is it? For a model with 32 GB of RAM and RTX 4080 graphics, we will pay the equivalent of approximately PLN 8,400. The better variant costs PLN 11,200. Quite a lot, but after all we are talking about top performance among gaming laptops.
